145 South Wells is a 18 story commercial office building in the Chicago Loop, this unique office building features audio video and automation systems in the buildings lobby, amenities spaces, conference rooms, and indoor/outdoor dining areas. 

Technologies featured in this project include Control 4, Sony professional grade TV’s, Sunbrite Outdoor AV, automated window treatments, and an intelligent remote support management platform.

Integration with the building’s management system allows for building engineers to control the amenities AV systems from anywhere in the world allowing premium customer service for their tenants.
